Confirm allergens, ingredient by ingredient

Choose the recipe, then choose the exact ingredient line — everything else on the card is about that one line. EMMA doesn't invent allergen facts: the answer for each ingredient has to come from a supplier specification, an ingredient label, or a check you do yourself in the kitchen.
