Allergen checklist

One row per ingredient and allergen from EMMA's allergen base. Confirm rating means you agree with EMMA's rating for that row: Applicable = the ingredient contains it; Recipe-dependent / Brand-dependent = it may contain it and each venue must decide from its own recipe or label. Your confirmation never answers for a venue. Each venue still gives its own Yes/No and sees "rating checked by EMMA". Remove if the allergen doesn't belong on that ingredient at all: it then stops flagging on every venue's recipes. Nothing is deleted, every click is in the audit trail, and Undo puts it back.
