A guest-facing feature in the Dinewise suite

Keep your venue one easy tap away.

Hi, I’m Emma. Your guests do not need another app to remember you. Give them one mobile page with your offer, menu, events, feedback and the links they actually need — then put that page one tap away.

A note from Emma

Let me make this simple.

You decide what guests see. Add your venue details, offer, events, menu, booking and contact links; check the phone preview; then share the page. The dashboard gives you the guest link and a QR code.

If you would rather spend your time running the venue, Dinewise can build the page for you for a small setup charge. You still choose the content and the way it looks.

1 · Make it yoursAdd your venue name, reward, links and events. Leave out anything you do not use.
2 · Look at it as a guestCheck the phone preview. Does it feel like your place, and can a guest find what they came for?
3 · Put it within reachCopy your guest link or QR code. You can also use the link on a wallet-sized NFC card.

Choose what your guests need

Start with the things a guest may need while they are deciding, visiting or planning to come back. Keep it useful and recognisably yours.

Make it feel like your venueYour name, tagline, logo or initials, colours, layout and an optional photo or short silent video.
Useful venue linksPhone, WhatsApp, email, address, menu, website and reservations, plus the social accounts your venue uses.
Give them a reason to returnAdd dated events and offers. Past event dates drop off the guest page automatically.
Guest feedbackInclude the in-house comment-card flow so guests can share how their visit went.

Give them a reason to tap again

Free tonight? Your special offer is waiting for you.

That is the sort of message a guest can act on. Add the offer you have actually chosen in the reward area. It might be a welcome treat, a midweek special or a reason to book again.

A little surprise, now and thenFor example: “Join us for dinner tonight and ask about a complimentary glass of wine.” The venue chooses the offer and its terms; use it only where appropriate.
Use the popup slots sparinglyThe designer provides two optional popup slots for a headline, message and image or video. When both are on, one is chosen at random; the interface says it appears once per visit. These are venue-configured popups, not scheduled or targeted campaigns.

Give the tap something guests can keep

A wallet-sized NFC card

A small NFC card can carry the same venue link. A guest taps it with a compatible phone and your page opens — no app, no sign-up, and no need to hunt for a QR code in their camera roll.

Use the card and the QR

Your dashboard gives you the venue link and QR code. A separately acquired NFC card is another, more pocket-friendly way to share that link. You can use whichever suits the moment: card on the counter, QR on a sign, or link in a message.

The builder does not order or manage physical cards. You can acquire NFC cards economically and programme them with your venue link.

What your guest finds after the tap

One page can bring together your reward, comment cards, events, social links, bookings, menu, website and contact details. Your guests choose what to open; they do not need to install an app or create a Dinewise account.

Your exclusive rewardGive the guest a clear reason to come in or come back. The demo page presents this as a dedicated reward button.
More than a feedback formComment Cards are one route on the full venue page. Keep the full page as the destination; let guests choose feedback when they want it.

For you, the operator

Hear the hard feedback while you can still do something with it.

A guest can use a private comment card to tell you what went wrong before they leave — and before they decide whether to post publicly. Their feedback appears in the venue’s manager view, where you can filter for critical and unreviewed cards.

I can’t promise every unhappy guest will use the card first, and it does not intercept or remove Google or TripAdvisor reviews. It gives you a direct, private chance to listen and respond when the guest chooses to speak to you.

For venue operations on mobile

EMMA on the Go is a separate route for appraisals.

Need to carry an appraisal to your phone? Start it on your computer, choose “Continue on another device”, then enter the six-letter code. That is EMMA on the Go for venue operations; it is separate from the guest-facing page.
