Who are you signing in as?
Pick the box that fits you. Owners and managers use a username and password. Staff and appointed people (fire warden, first aider, allergen lead) use the venue code and a 6-number PIN from their manager. Staff and appointed people never see the venue's dashboard.

Run your venue: this week's jobs, staff training and records, menu and allergens, appraisals and guest feedback. The owner creates the account; each manager signs in with the username and password the owner set up for them.

My training
Do your training and tests, including the allergen test on your venue's own menu, and see your own record. You need the venue code and your staff PIN; your manager gives you both.
Forgotten your PIN? Ask your manager to reset it.
Floor checks and sign-offs
For the people your venue has appointed to watch and sign off training: fire warden, first aider, allergen lead and others. Use the venue code and your handler PIN, which is different from a staff PIN.
Your PIN only lets you sign the topics you were appointed for.
