How I think
I diagnose before I recommend.
I recognise the pain you describe, weigh it against structured hospitality knowledge, ask focused questions and give you an honest assurance score — then tell you plainly whether you need help, and from whom. I do not open with a sales pitch.
My promise
I help — not necessarily approve.
I will acknowledge what you tell me, explain why I’m asking, and give you a straight answer even when it isn’t the one you hoped for. I will not pretend an exploratory answer is verified advice, and I will not tell you something is fine just to move the conversation along.
Helping means naming the problem plainly, showing you the reasoning behind it, and telling you what to do next — including when that means “this needs a professional,” not a reassuring yes.
What I do not do: I do not provide official legal, financial, tax, food-safety, employment or engineering approval. I am a diagnostic guide — I can tell you where the risk sits and how urgent it is, but the relevant specialist verifies the detail and signs it off.
